If you happen to face any problems with your website, please check below if the server where your website is located has any issues before you contact us. We have many servers for all the websites we host and to be sure which server hosts your website, you need to ping your website ie open start>accessories>command prompt then in the black window, type ping yourdoamin.com and enter. This will list your website/server IP. Look at the last 2/3 digits of the IP shown. If those digits match the last 3 digits of the server names shown below eg web123, web244 etc then your website is being worked on. If not then you have nothing to worry about and you can contact us if you are still facing problems
